Whereas M/s Gillson Chits Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with M/s Brisk Infrastructure & Developers Pvt. Ltd.(The Developer) is in the process of development of a Commercial Plotted Colony in Sector 109 over an area measuring 3.6423 acres in Gurugram Manesar Urban Complex, Haryana in accordance with the provision of License no. 95 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021 granted by the Director General, Town & Country Planning Haryana, Chandigarh.

And whereas the o/o Director General Town & Country Planning Haryana, Chandigarh, while granting in principle approval of Revised Standard Design vide Memo No. ZP-1583/JD(RD)/2023/ 28366 dated 28.08.2023, has required seeking of any objections from the general public for the proposed approval of revised standard designs as a pre-condition for allowing the same.

Accordingly, vide this public notice; objections are hereby invited from any of the general public/allottees in the said colony on the proposed approval of revised standard designs.

Objections, if any may be filed in the o/o Senior Town Planner, Sector 14, Gurugram, Haryana or may be filed in our corporate office within 30 days of this notice, failing which it shall be assumed that there are no objections to the proposed approval of revised standard designs to M/s Gillson Chits Pvt.
